Terms & Conditions

• 1) Returnable Security Deposit of £50.00
  A returnable deposit of £50.00 in CASH is payable on arrival when you collect your keys. This will be returned to you after your departure, providing everything has been left as you found it. An appropriate sum will be deducted for BREAKAGES and any EXTRA CLEANING that is required
• 2) Check-in and check-out
  Your accommodation will not be available until after 2:00pm and must be vacated by 10:00am on your day of departure. Please do not arrive before 2.00pm
• 3) Hirer's Responsibility
  During your stay you are responsible for the accommodation and its contents and are expected to take all reasonable care of it, leaving it clean and tidy at the end of the hire period. The use of the accommodation is at the hirer’s risk and we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to persons or belongings, nor for loss or damage to any vehicle or its contents.
• 4) Booking Form & Guests No Accommodation will be occupied by more than those persons specified on the booking form. If you would like a visitor to meet you whilst on holiday, please contact us before you make arrangements. The names of persons staying in the lodges must match the names on the booking form. We reserve the right to terminate the hire without notice, and without refund, for breach of this condition.
• 5) Smoking We have a No Smoking rule in all Lodges - If you smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette ends into the bins safely.
• 6) Beds We will only be making up beds for the number of guests in your party, if you have any requests such as separate bedrooms or you prefer a downstairs bedroom please contact us before your arrival date.
• 7) Access to Property You must allow us and any of our representative's (including workmen) access to the property at any reasonable time (except in the cases of emergency or where a problem needs remedying quickly and you cannot be contacted in time - in these situations we can enter the property at any time without giving you prior notice).
• 8) Barbeques Can be collected from us and must be returned clean please.
